YANKTON FIRE DEPARTMENT PICTURES

Our most recent group photo, taken October 1st, 2007

Yankton Firefighters watch as flames vent from the attic of a house that was intentionally burned by the fire department.

The flames reach high above the roof, lighting up the October night sky.

Fire consumes every corner of the house and the roof begins to weaken.

The silhouettes of two firefighters are seen against the flames as a hose line cools down the area around the house.

The flames grow larger, fed by the fuel of the old wooden structure.

The kids get a front row seat and firefighter equipment to watch the burn.
